广东工业大学土壤生态环境团队海内外优秀人才招聘启事

团队简介:依托广东省工业污染场地修复技术与装备工程技术研究中心,针对华南地区土壤污染防治与区域生态环境的

重大科技需求及关键问题,开展原创理论、应用技术和管理技术支撑研究,为我国和区域土壤污染治理和生态环境保护提供科技支撑。

◆现针对以下5个方面招聘若干名教授、副教授、讲师、博士后,并长期招收博士研究生、硕士研究生、联合培养生等(具体要求与待遇附后,并参见广东工业大学人才引进信息):

1、区域生态评估,环境遥感和GIS;

2、污染场地环境健康及其风险评估;

3、地下水污染物调查、迁移转化及其模拟;

4、土壤和地下水污染控制与环境修复技术、材料与装备研发;

5、土壤环境管理、土壤污染风险预警及管控。

一、“百人计划”特聘教授

1、应聘条件:一般应具有博士学位、教授资格,年龄一般在40岁以下。中组部高层次人才青年学者、中组部“高层次人才特殊支持计划”青年拔尖人才、教育部高层次人才奖励计划青年学者和国家优秀青年基金项目获得者。

2、相关待遇:提供具有竞争力的优厚薪酬待遇;提供周转住房一套和租房津贴;安家费(含购房补贴)最高可达150万元;科研启动经费300万元;提供博士、硕士研究生招生指标;解决配偶工作、子女入学等。

二、“青年百人计划”A层次(特聘副教授)

1、应聘条件:年龄一般在35岁以下,优秀的年龄可适当放宽,毕业于海外著名大学或国内重点大学,获博士学位,有良好的学历背景。具有在海外知名实验室、知名研究机构、知名企业,或国内国家重点学科、国家重点实验室从事前沿科学研究的经历,并取得较好的阶段性研究成果。近五年以第一作者取得学术成果五项以上。学术成果包括在本学科高水平杂志发表高水平学术论文、申请并获得海内外高水平发明专利、主持国家级科研项目、获得省级以上学术奖励等。

2、相关待遇:聘用后享受副教授学术待遇,除正常工资外,学校还提供青年百人岗位津贴10万元/年;提供周转住房一套和租房津贴,安家费2万元、购房补贴25万元;科研启

动经费20万元,并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。

三、“青年百人计划”B层次(特聘讲师)

1、应聘条件:年龄在35岁以下,原则上应为毕业于国外知名大学、著名研究机构应届博士生,师从国外著名学者,具有良好的学历背景。博士阶段所从事的研究是该领域国际研究热点和学术前沿问题,在读期间已表现出优秀的研究潜质和科研能力,有已录用或在投的高水平论文或其它成果3篇/项以上。

2、相关待遇:聘用后享受讲师待遇,除正常工资外,学校还提供青年百人岗位津贴6万元/年;提供周转房一套和租房津贴,安家费2万元、购房补贴15万元;科研启动经费10万元,并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。

四、博士后

1、应聘条件:年龄在35周岁以下,博士毕业年限一般不超过3年,毕业于国外知名大学或国内重点院校及研究院(所),以第一作者身份发表过SCI论文,具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力。

2、相关待遇:基础年薪26万元起。在站期间,如获得国家基金(含青年基金)或中国博士后科学基金特别资助者,学校另发奖励5万元;取得重大科研成果者,按照在职老师的科研奖励办法予以奖励,团队还将根据工作贡献另加奖励工资,上不封顶。进站满一年者,可申请带薪赴国(境)外机构进行不超过12个月联合培养与交流,可申报相应专业技术资格。学校提供博士后公寓或发放租房补贴3000元/月,按照社保规定购买相关社保,配偶和未成年子女可申请办理暂住户口。

3、留校工作政策:出站考核优秀并满足教师任职条件,由本人提出申请,通过了学校组织的公开招聘,可优先录用。在站期间获得国家自然科学基金或社科基金项目、发表2篇高水平论文,且具有6个月以上出国(境)经历可按学校“青年百人计划”待遇优先留校工作。

1.Introduction

The Soil Ecological Environment Teamthat relied on the Guangdong Industrial Pollution Site Remediation Technology and Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center has carried out researches on original theory and applied technologies, revealing the biogeochemical behaviors and effects of contaminants in soil and groundwater in view of the soil pollution prevention and control in south China, the regional ecological environment of major scientific, technological needs and key issues. Meanwhile, scientific and technological support was provided for soil pollution control and ecological environment protection in China and other regions.

2.Talent Types

We are recruiting several professors, associated professors, lecturers, post-doctors, doctors, postgraduates and jointly training students in five research fields as followings:

a.Environmental remote sensing and GIS, ecological assessment;

b.Environmental health and risk assessment of contaminated Sites

c.Investigation, migration and transformation and simulation of groundwater pollutant;

d.Soil and groundwater pollution control, environmental remediation technology, materials and equipment;

e.Soil environmental management, risk warning and control of soil pollution.

A. “Hundred-Talent Program” (Distinguished professors)

Requirements

a.Owning a doctoral degree and qualifying for a professor;

b.Age generally under 40years old;

c.Young Scholars of the “Thousand Talents Program” of the Central Organization Department;

d.Young excellent talents of the “High Level Talents Special Support Program” of the Central Organization Department;

e.Young scholars of “Yangtze river scholar” of Award Program of the Ministry of Education, and winners of the National Excellent Youth Fund Project.

Benefits

c.Carrying out the research of international research hotspot and academic frontier in this field and showing excellent research potential and scientific research ability during doctoral period;

d.3 high-level papers or other achievements that has already published or that have been submitted.

Benefits

a.Enjoying the treatment of lecturer with an allowance of 60,000 yuan per year in addition to the normal salary;

b.A set of revolving housing and rental subsidies, 20,000 yuan for settlement, and a subsidy of150,000 yuan for purchasing house;

c.100,000 yuan of start-up funds for science and engineering disciplines for scientific researches equipped with corresponding laboratory conditions and research-use houses.

D. Post-doctors

Requirements

a.Age under 35 years old;

b.Receiving a doctoral degree no more than 3 years;

c.Graduating from a well-known foreign or domestic key university and key research institute;

d.Having published SCI papers as the first author with high academic level and strong research ability.

Benefits

a.260,000 yuan of basic yearly salary;

b.During the station period, if you get the National Fund (including the Youth Fund) or the China Postdoctoral Science Fund special funder, the school will award another 50,000yuan; those who have achieved major scientific research will be rewarded according to the research award of the in-service teachers, and the team will also be rewarded a plus bonus wages in term of its contribution. Those who have entered the station for one year may apply for a joint venture with a foreign institution to conduct joint training and exchange for no more than 12 months, and may apply for corresponding professional and technical qualifications.
