In order to improve the empathy and competence of psychologists and to help psychologists to do their work better, on 14 April, the College held the second phase of the activity of improving the sense of organisational support of psychologists in the Psychological Support Room of the Life East District.
This activity aims to help the psychologists to raise and solve some common problems in life together, through "say hello", "ghost game", "unravelling knots" and "werewolf killing" games. Through small games such as "say hello", "ghost game", "unravelling knots" and "werewolf killing", the psychologists learnt to think from multiple perspectives, to better listen to and understand others, to learn how to express themselves effectively, and to improve their skills and competence in helping others.
This training provides a communication platform for psychologists, helps psychologists to better understand themselves, to cope with stress and to handle interpersonal relationships more smoothly in their future life, and facilitates psychologists to carry out relevant group activities in the classroom in the future.
