Jingkang Tan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering. He was born in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. He joined the CPC in 2000 and started working in July 2004. He has a bachelor's degree, a master's degree in engineering and a lecturer. He has won the title of "Outstanding Village based Cadre in Carrying out Mutual Aid Activities between Urban and Rural Grass roots Party Organizations" in Guangdong Province, exemplary individual in Guangdong Province for University Student Funding, exemplary individual in Guangdong Province for University Student Loan, and exemplary individual in Guangdong Province for National Defense Education; Honorary titles such as Outstanding Communist Party Member, Outstanding Party Worker, and Outstanding Counselor at Guangdong University of Technology.
Graduated from Guangdong University of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology in June 2004; I have been working at Guangdong University of Technology since July 2004, where I served as a counselor and secretary of the Youth League Committee at the School of Applied Mathematics from July 2004 to March 2008; From March 2008 to June 2021, served as a clerk in the Student Loan Management Department of the Student Affairs Office, director of the Student Assistance Management Center, deputy director of the National Defense Student Management Office, and head of the Student Management Department.
