In order to improve the teaching level of young teachers in our college and promote their enthusiasm to participate in the Youth Teacher Competition, the 10th Youth Teacher Teaching Competition Rehearsal Training Event of our college was grandly held at 2:00 pm on October 13th at Building 209 of Gongxue No.3.This training session invites Professor Gong Xing, the winner of the 6th Guangdong Province College (Undergraduate) Youth Teacher Teaching Competition, from the School of Civil and Transportation Engineering, to serve as a training expert. In the past three years, newly recruited young teachers have all participated in training. The training was hosted by the union chairman, Teacher Zheng Li, and Professor Xie Wuming, the deputy dean in charge of teaching, attended the competition.
Firstly, our college selected the contestant for the 10th Youth Teacher Teaching Competition, Teacher He Ting, as a young teacher, to report on the preparation for the competition. Training expert Teacher Gong Xing then gave feedback and provided careful guidance on the preparation of teaching design plans, teaching modes and methods, and how to design interactive teaching activities with students in the classroom. All the young teachers present have benefited greatly and deeply realized the importance of teaching design plans.
Finally, I wish Teacher HeYaoof our college good results in the semi-finals of the school's Youth Teacher Teaching Competition and strive to enter the finals!
