In our daily life, positive and negative events often affect our emotions and behavior. In order to help the students to understand the causes of positive and negative psychological energy, and learn to adjust the response, cultivate a healthy and stable emotional adjustment ability, on the evening of 6 December 2002, a 2023 psychological salon, “Positive and negative energy”, was held in the counseling room of our psychological centre. The event was organized by the college“Hand in hand” psychological mutual aid association, Heart Association trainers Jiang Yanzhou, Zhang Jinxian as the event speakers.
At the beginning of the activity, the speaker guided the students to think and share, including positive and negative experiences. In the sharing process, the students actively participate and sincerely share their own personal experience, the activity site atmosphere is active. Next, the speaker will talk about how to deal with positive energy and negative energy, focusing on how to eliminate negative energy, from the point of view of themselves and others, to promote self-adjustment and interaction and mutual help. Through a number of practical examples and small ways to tell students to cultivate their own independent evaluation and thinking system, timely cut off, do their own things, not be washed down by the outside world, to maintain their own A Place to Stand, a Place to Grow, maintain the small fortune in life, and encourage students not to be afraid, not escape, take out the courage to face the storm in life. “The best way to eliminate fear is to face it.”
This activity helps students to have a deeper understanding of psychological knowledge, but also mastered to help others correctly cope with positive and negative energy-related skills. In the future life and learning, I believe that students can be more mature attitude to deal with the challenges of life, to maintain self, to grow up with a healthy and positive attitude.
