In order to help improve the quality and ability of freshmen psychologists, create a good psychological atmosphere, and better serve the students, our college carried out the skills training for freshmen psychologists in the evening of 10th November in the psychological counselling room of the college. The training was organised by the "Hand in Hand" Psychological Support Association.
The theme of this year's Heart Committee training is Walking with Stress. In an ever-changing world, everyone faces stress in one way or another at all times. Walking with stress is a lifelong topic that students must study. The training was rich in content and entertaining, and the wonderful interactive sessions opened up the atmosphere of the training, brought each other closer, and made a good start for the smooth implementation of the training. Students shared their views on stress, communicated with each other, understood each other, and analysed the various kinds of stress they encountered in the field. They provided a large number of cases close to them, and the collision of various views produced fruitful results, opening up different perspectives for the counselling reserve work. A large number of stress-relieving application methods were shared in the training, which provided practical methods for the freshmen counsellors and laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of future psychological work.
A little bit of light brings together a river of stars. Freshmen psychologists learnt what stress is, how to view and relieve stress, and improved their feelings and competence. The College will continue to organise various forms of mental health activities, pay attention to the state of students' mental health, improve students' psychological quality, and guard students' mental health.
